Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service related queries.
∎ Regular Interaction and follow up with customers over phone and WhatsApp as well as face to face meeting to provide their required services in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Project visit with customers as and when required as per SOPs
∎ First point of contacts for any product, promotional offer, distribution, delivery, internal/external customers' query.
∎ Attend different queries of Modern Trade as well as institutional sales business.
∎ Always remain updated about different promotional offers, price information, brand activities and other information required to answer any queries of customers.
∎ Any other assignments as advised by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 14500 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Profit share, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
