Job Context:
∎ We are looking for candidates who are smart with good knowledge about Beauty & high end cosmetics. The Customer Representative Officer will give the answer of customer query via telephonic, live chat & video call, beauty advice, suggest and sell products, explain how the products work, product benefits, demonstrate how to use the products. If you have no camera shyness and are looking for a job where your passion & knowledge regarding beauty & cosmetics would be an asset, this could be the right job.
∎ One should have willingness to work 24/7(Roster basis & full time).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customers' queries, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation.
∎ To carry out the daily operations of the customer service via telephonic, live chat, video calling & texting
∎ Must have good command on English
∎ Responding to customer questions and complaints over phone/online.
∎ Successful Beauty Advisor has a strong working knowledge of the latest cosmetics and skin care products. You should also have excellent customer service and sales abilities by ecommerce platform as well as strong communication skills.
∎ Consulting with customer's to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and preferences.
∎ Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, budget and explaining how the products work.
∎ To interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction
∎ Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up messages
