Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer with good verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English. You have to Receive Phone calls, handle clients & have the ability to convince clients over the phone.
∎ Work days: Saturday - Thursday (Fridays are off).
∎ Work hours: 10am - 8pm.
∎ Job Location: House # 37( 3rd Floor), Road # 8, Sector # 12, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Have Technical Knowledge.
∎ Ensuring customer service & satisfaction.
∎ Communicate with customers via phone regarding products and services.
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the services and/or confirm orders.
∎ Provide detailed answers to questions about products, pricings, and details.
∎ Working beyond the office hours periodically.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
∎ They should be well mannered, pleasant, professional and good problem solvers as well, Should be self-directed.
∎ Occasionally, You Need to Visit nearby clients for meeting purposes. (You will be accompanied by another staff member).
∎ Advance Computer knowledge will be Plus
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ There will be a couple of ways of bonus income.
