∎ Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
∎ Attend weekly staff meetings
∎ Participate in team-building activities
∎ Encourage customers to complete surveys
∎ Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
