Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the tender process. Establish and maintain strong relationships, understanding their requirements, concerns, and preferences.
∎ Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to gather detailed information about their needs, expectations, and specific tender requirements.
∎ Solution Presentation: Present tailored solutions and value propositions to clients, demonstrating how our offerings align with their needs and deliver added value.
∎ Tender Coordination: Coordinate tender submissions in close collaboration with clients, ensuring that all required documentation and information are accurately compiled and submitted on time.
∎ Clarifications and Queries: Address client queries, concerns, and requests for clarification throughout the tender process, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to gather relevant information and ensure a cohesive tender submission.
∎ Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details, striving to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and take proactive steps to enhance the client experience and strengthen the client relationship.
∎ Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
∎ Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with clients beyond the tender process, seeking opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Proven experience (5 years) in tender marketing and customer relationship management.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

∎ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
∎ A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing client interactions and documentation.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

∎ Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple client relationships and tenders.
