Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Utilize social media, email campaigns, phone calls, and WhatsApp to promote events effectively.
∎ Create engaging content for social media posts and monitor their performance.
∎ Interact with the community on social media platforms to boost engagement.
∎ Collaborate with team members to organize various events such as Spring festivals, Eid celebrations, school holiday events, and Ramadan festivals.
∎ Work with designers to create compelling promotional materials, including posters.
∎ Coordinate with vendors to set up stalls for jewellery, toys, and other items.
∎ Negotiate terms and prices with vendors, make bookings, and follow up on payments.
∎ Manage logistical aspects of events, including venue rentals and financial transactions.
∎ Prepare and submit applications to the city council for event approvals and permissions.
∎ Engage with the council to schedule meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ Organize fundraising events, such as dinners, to support community centres.
∎ Manage logistics, including venue rentals and financial transactions for fundraising events.
∎ Oversee financial aspects, including payroll, commissions, and budget allocations.
∎ Prepare drafts of emails, appointment letters, and other communication materials as needed.

∎ AMCC hosts various events throughout the year, ranging from cultural festivals to community gatherings, and we are looking for a proactive individual to help plan, promote, and manage these events effectively.

∎ personal profiles or brands.
∎ • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
∎ • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
∎ • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

∎ • This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Dhaka and work from the office, effectively managing all responsibilities online.
