Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering /Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility to maintain client modification & additional/ optional related work issues and in time completion.
∎ AutoCAD & Estimation knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Independent capability to identify & troubleshoot customer issues through application of engineering knowledge.
∎ Detail estimation with specification and implementation Schedule preparation of client work for in time handover.
∎ Co-ordinate with Engineering Department for project work regarding in time handover.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Oversee the handover issues of Assure's Customer Care department.
∎ Select customer choice sheet from the customer & provide this choice sheet to the relevant department.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Verify, analyze and scrutinizing the issues according to their intensity.
∎ Physical project visit & report preparation.
∎ Monitor & Implement the work as per execution schedule with optimum quality and budget.
∎ Ensure smooth cooperation between customer and other team members through effective communication
∎ Prepare & checking of bills as pre work done.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ 5 year(s) experience in Real estate sector.
∎ AutoCAD & Estimation knowledge is mandatory
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal, in English)
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
∎ Hardworking and outgoing Female candidates are encouraged to apply
