∎ HSC, A Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ATAB
∎ Training/Trade Course: GDS,ATAB
∎ Skills Required: Customer Care, Customer Support through Phone, GDS SYSTEM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Center Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Candidates with experience of working with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) are specifically encouraged to apply.
∎ - Handling incoming customer calls for client's business
∎ - Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ - Listen and understand customer query and provide quick support on the required topic
∎ - Fast learning capability in working with information systems
∎ - Outgoing sales call generation and closing sales, as well as feedback collection through outgoing calls.
∎ - Fluent English-speaking ability to deal with foreign clients
∎ - Coordinating and resolving critical issues by coordinating with concerned teams
∎ - Knowledge about GDS platforms will be considered and added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Mentioned salary range is for 6 days a week, 8 hours a day shifts. Exact amount will depend on multiple factors including prior experience at other call centers and/or working with GDS platforms. In case of candidates who are interested in working freelance, salary will be given on hourly basis.
