Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work within the SHIFT TIME with consistency
∎ Receive inbound calls and make outbound lead generation calls to and from elite clientele in a polite, professional, and persuasive manner.
∎ Maintain excellent verbal and written communication in English.
∎ Handle queries with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
∎ Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.
∎ Meet & exceed individual KPI’s assigned by the Management.
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues
