Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have to handle each & every customer/client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Update customer information on database after every call.
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual service & overall team performance.
∎ Provide right information to customers, clients in professional tone & attitude.
∎ Meet & exceed individual KPI’s assigned by the Management.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
