∎ Skills Required: Customer Support through Phone, Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and social media enquiries from Customers.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Creative Knowledge about digital marketing.
∎ Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels and strategy.
∎ Ability to drive Social Media strategy to enhance the business brand and engage a target audience.
∎ Monitor customer query, feedback and develop ways to better serve customers.
∎ Ensure that customers receive the quickest possible service.
∎ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction index.
∎ Have to perform any other tasks time to time assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
