Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in E-commerce industry will get preference
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
∎ Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
∎ Technical Specification Requirements:
∎ Desktop / Laptop with Webcam facility
∎ Good & Stable internet connection
∎ Noise Cancellation headset (Not Mandatory)
Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
