∎ Should have good experience in Care care center or Call center
∎ Bangladesh Army International University of Science & Technology(BAIUST),Comilla,Comilla University,National University students will get preference
Job Context:
∎ Have good experience in Care center or Call center
∎ Have good experience 3rd party lab
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Have good sound level to manage clients
∎ Have excellent English language proficiency
∎ Have excellent interpersonal & self management skill.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel, MS word)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customer places & analyze (Buyer)
∎ Have good sound level to manage clients
∎ Update customer database & prepare report on time
∎ Achieve monthly target on different standard
∎ Attend customer inquiry, price, delivery over phone/ email
∎ Establishing new business and potential customers
∎ Coordinate material development department
∎ Follow up client requirements according to customer request date
∎ Maintain smooth communication with internal & external customer
∎ Regular follow up payment collection on time and over due minimization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 34 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Two festival bonus of gross salary.
Weekly day off and holiday as per Government
