Experience:
Hospital or diagnostic center call center, reception, or front desk experience of at least 1 year is required.
Must demonstrate politeness, patience, and professional behavior while interacting with patients/customers.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla; English communication skills will be an added advantage.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining accuracy and quality of service.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage appointments, report deliveries, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to coordinate with multiple departments.
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Problem-solving mindset to handle patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Receive inbound calls and provide polite and accurate responses to all patient inquiries.
Make outbound calls (follow-ups, report delivery, reminders, etc.).
Accurately record patient complaints, suggestions, or compliments.
Book patient appointments according to doctors’ schedules.
Send appointment confirmations and reminders (via call/SMS/email).
Notify patients promptly if there are any changes in the doctor’s schedule.
Inform patients or attendants when lab/diagnostic reports are ready.
Ensure reports are delivered to the correct person while maintaining confidentiality.
Update the report delivery logbook or hospital software accordingly.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, tests, room charges, and billing.
Connect patients to the appropriate department or personnel.
Provide information regarding emergency services or ambulance availability.
Listen to patient or attendant complaints patiently and attempt to resolve them.
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or management for resolution.
Enter daily data regarding calls, appointments, and report deliveries into the system.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
Ensure patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
Inform patients about special offers or health packages provided by the hospital.
Provide general health awareness information to patients.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing stations, labs, billing sections, or management as needed.
Maintain effective coordination with all departments to ensure timely patient services.
