∎ Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
∎ Attend customers' queries.
∎ Manage call center agents.
∎ Implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
∎ Assist audits.
∎ Manage all incoming & outgoing calls, emails and social media platforms.
∎ Ensure appropriate report delivery on time.
∎ Supervise the daily operations of the customer service department
∎ Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
∎ Maintain communication with government departments.
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar settings.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ A team player with leadership skills.
∎ Patience, compassion, and empathy.
∎ Readiness to learn.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
∎ Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills
∎ Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities
∎ Effective communication and leading skills
∎ Computer literacy in MS office application is a must ( 35wpm)
