  Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries confidently.

• Expertise in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, Professional email writing, and Facebook marketing.

• Proficient in Bangla and English typing with reasonable speed.

• Prior experience in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases is preferred. (Training will be provided).

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Customers query, maintain excel sheets and others.

• Conduct face-to-face and online counselling with clients.

• Provide regular follow-up with clients using CRM software and maintain an updated client database.

• Address customer queries promptly and ensure excellent service delivery.

• Should have strong understanding on KYC.

• Daily report CEO and communication with different countries partners.
