∎ Key Skills and Competencies:
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Caneva.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries confidently.
∎ Expertise in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, Professional email writing, and Facebook marketing.
∎ Proficient in Bangla and English typing with reasonable speed.
∎ Prior experience in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases is preferred. (Training will be provide).

∎ Design creative visual content including graphics, banners, and social media posts while maintaining brand consistency.
∎ Conduct face-to-face and online counselling with clients.
∎ Provide regular follow-up with clients using CRM software and maintain an updated client database.
∎ Address customer queries promptly and ensure excellent service delivery.
∎ Should have strong understanding on KYC.
