Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication:
∎ Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time
∎ Comply with telephone etiquette with a clear voice
∎ Appropriately greet all the calls
∎ Business Lead Generation:
∎ Assist in achieving set targets in terms of successful business lead generation through inbound and outbound calls
∎ Focus on generating new business booking
∎ Attend outbound business call/Tele sales professionally to generate business leads
∎ Creating extraordinary customer service experience:
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience
∎ Lock customer complaints properly regarding any service
∎ Capture appropriate information about the customer to execute business leads
∎ Inter-Departmental Activities:
∎ Identify and implement cross-functional sales opportunities
∎ Build up a rapport with cross departments, unit heads, and other Branch people
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and inter-personal skills required to convince customers and sell IPDC products.
∎ Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products.
∎ Excellent coordination skill is required for following-up with all levels of employees including vendors as well.
∎ Ability to write and speak fluently in Bangla and English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office Package
