∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain hot-line & important phone calls with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Maintain official documents.
∎ Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
∎ Able to provide Face to Face Customer Support and counsel to visitors' queries over the phone.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper places/persons and keep records.
∎ Internal & External clients/dealer handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules.
∎ Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person.
∎ Receive & welcome dealer & local guests.
∎ Delivery Conformation.
∎ Data entry
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially English and Bangla typing).
∎ Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently.
∎ Proficient in Bangla & English (oral and written).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and must be result oriented.
∎ Must have the sense of responsibility.
∎ Decent & Polite.
