Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers/ Prospects
∎ Take inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information to the customers/ prospects
∎ Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
∎ Coordinate with troubleshooting team to resolve problem Making outbound call campaign.
∎ Data entry, Report & escalate all unresolved issues/complains to supervisor
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
Salary: Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)
