Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
∎ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
∎ Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
∎ Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems
∎ Generates reports for upper management.
∎ Create, update and maintain call script
∎ Maintains database of customers for follow up.
∎ Analyzes the results of different campaigns
∎ Meets deadlines.
∎ Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns.
∎ Should be a team player.
∎ Must have clear spoken ability in English and Bangla.
