Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Decode client briefs with planners and copywriters and construct design briefs that suit the client's objectives
∎ Research and plan creative approach
∎ Conceptualize ideas and stories
∎ Develop interactive digital contents in a fast-paced environment
∎ Create logos, icons, mnemonics, emoticons, sticker design, illustrations, etc.
∎ Tell visual stories across all digital platforms
∎ Facilitate and contribute to production projects
∎ Suggest visualization strategies based on insights
∎ Actively learn about storytelling, advertising and design
∎ Handle difficult situations with empathy, composure, and presence of mind
∎ Ensure team members meet the quality and timeline expectations
∎ Senior Visualizers manage a team of 3-5 visualizers and junior designers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong conceptual thinking abilities
∎ Experience (5+ years) in working in a relevant role, preferably in agencies
∎ Proven skills in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
∎ Proficiency in using basic productivity and collaboration tools
∎ Basic understanding of and curiosity about advertising, branding & digital media
∎ Ability to produce quality work under pressure
∎ Ability to learn quickly and curiosity to pick up new skills
∎ Professionalism, integrity, commitment and dedication
∎ Great attitude and a lack of ego
∎ Photography and video editing skills will be an added advantage
Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on assessment & experience.
6-month probation period.
