Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Designers who are creative and able to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Design and deliver Logo, brochure etc in accordance with the project concept and also managing post-production editing of video projects by using Adobe Premier Pro or other video editing tools. Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video and audio recording and editing. Responsible includes editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects and also Self Motivated, Hardworking, Dynamic and Dedicated to work.
∎ Strong knowledge of color, typography, design and graphic principles. Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Sketch.
∎ Office Hour : 9 am - 6 pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to be expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or other necessary editing tools.
∎ Ability to develop and design innovative concept, layout and graphics for organizational marketing, such as - Logo, Banner, Leaflets, Flyers, Brochures, Cover Photo, Design, UI / UX, Branding and Digital Advertisement.
∎ Design and create graphics per the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Plan concept by studying information and materials.
∎ Process product images by retouching all images and upload, and archive all images.
∎ Create promotional imagery as needed.
∎ Ability to create motion graphic, video editing, sound editing for video clip, info-graphic design etc.(Optional)
∎ Collaborate with the team to plan, pre-production, post-production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 24000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly/ Yearly. (Depend On Performance)
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Weekly 1 Holiday ( Friday)
