Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A)
∎ BFA/ MFA from any reputed university. Educational requirements are relax able if the candidate is highly expertise and experienced in graphic designing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Can transform ideas into creative visual.
∎ Able to work with the Adobe Suite. Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Ability to visualize Digital Communication designs, after designing output setting for print packaging.
∎ Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
∎ Knowledge in contemporary advertising trends.
∎ Have an open mindset to learn and accept the new trends in the industry.
∎ Drawing Illustration & Story boarding.
∎ Calligraphy & lettering.
∎ Knowledge in Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere is an added advantage
∎ An excellent understanding of composition, font, color, form, geometry and composition.
∎ Video editing and photography skill will add value.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written (both Bangla and English), presentation, and active listening.
