Responsibilities & Context:
The Course Coordinator will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of our barista training courses. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing support to our head trainer, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality training. Key Responsibilities are
Assist in the scheduling and coordination of barista training sessions.
Handle inquiries from prospective and current students.
Maintain and update training materials and resources.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue setup and equipment preparation.
Manage registration processes and maintain accurate records of participants.
Provide on-site support during training sessions to ensure they run smoothly.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants to help improve the training program.
Collaborate with marketing to promote training courses.
