∎ Study International is looking for an experience and creative Country Head for Bangladesh to join our growing team and take our company and platform to the next level!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - To provide strong business leadership, instilling SI's vision for the organization and a performance driven culture.
∎ - Research, plan and execute SI's Bangladesh operation set up target for individual branch and get weekly, quarterly report & analyse for future growth.
∎ - Present business development training and mentoring to other internal staffs.
∎ - Negotiate SI's benefit with Universities/Partners.
∎ - Build strong relationships with the partner university staffs.
∎ - Provide training to key agents, branch managers and counsellors through visits and training sessions about universities, visa, marketing activities etc.
∎ - Maintain relations with official and relevant government authorities and departments through subscriptions and registrations with their provided programs and platforms.
∎ - Connect and coordinate with the relevant governing and regulatory bodies such as AusTrade, ACPET, IEAA, ISANA, ICEF, British Council, CICIC etc.
∎ - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in industry events.
∎ - Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions and Seminars through the ideas and resources.
∎ - Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Essential Requirements
∎ Complete understanding of International Student Recruitment industry.
∎ Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role is must.
∎ Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing or relevant business studies
∎ (Minimum Bachelors).
∎ Excellent industry relation and connectivity.
∎ Flexible approach to working, excellent time management skills.
∎ Ambitious and results orientated.
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
