Job Context:
∎ Organization: BSB GLOBAL NETWORK
∎ Country Head who will perform as a student counselor, requirement for a renowned consultancy firm with a minimum 5 years of experience especially in Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Malaysia & Europe for university admission and VISA process.
∎
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information to the students about different foreign college and university (like subject, semester, tuition fee etc.).
∎ Provide accurate counseling direct & over the phone.
∎ Check all necessary papers of the students.
∎ Help to fill up admission form and other related papers.
∎ Provide admission information which can lead to student VISA or Visit Visa.
∎ To prepare students mentally and face to face interview.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Correspondence with respective college / university.
∎ Provide guideline to the Jr. Counselors and others.
∎ Monitoring performance of the Jr. Counselors.
∎ Make arrangement so that all local/international mails/parcels/official documents are received, registered and dispatched properly and passed to respective department/person ensuring no documents/mails are lying unattended.
∎ Providing tourist visa assistance
∎ Converse fluently in English for welcoming, guiding and handling foreign
∎ representatives.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the management
