Thorough knowledge of visa regulations, immigration laws, and embassy protocols.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple visa applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in the use of software for managing visa applications and client documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and embassy officials.
Office setting, though may occasionally require visits to embassies, consulates, or immigration offices.
Interaction with clients via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
Basic Computer Knowledge
Good communication skill.
The Visa Consultant plays a key role in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of visa applications for immigration, study, travel, or work purposes. The counselor provides comprehensive advice on visa eligibility, application procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines, ensuring clients have a smooth experience while meeting all legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
Consultation and Guidance:
Conduct initial consultations to understand the client’s visa needs (student, work, travel,tour package,Holiday planing & immigration, etc.).
Advise clients on the type of visa they should apply for based on their qualifications, purpose of travel, and destination country.
Keep clients informed of the latest immigration and visa policy changes, embassy requirements, and procedures.
Document Preparation:
Assist clients in gathering, preparing, and verifying required documentation.
Help in the preparation of visa application forms and submission of supporting documents to relevant authorities.
Liaison and Communication:
Communicate application outcomes and assist with any appeals or additional requirements if necessary.
Client Support and Case Management:
Maintain up-to-date records of all clients` visa applications and progress.
Offer advice and solutions to resolve potential visa application issues, delays, or rej.
Administrative Tasks:
Keep updated with country-specific immigration laws and visa regulations and tour package related matters,
Manage client payments, invoices, and other financial transactions related to the visa process.
Prepare periodic reports on visa application trends, success rates, and feedback from clients.
