Educational Requirements:
∎ Honours/Masters in relevant subject, O & A Level background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advising and counseling students regarding short-term social and emotional problems.
∎ Providing feedback and recommends appropriate action and solutions to individual student's mental needs and abilities.
∎ Facilitating crisis intervention and prevention programmes
∎ Providing brief counseling to address social and emotional concerns and appropriately refers students to behavioral health specialists.
∎ Designing and develop student awareness programme on various issues.
∎ Communicating with Teachers, parents and administrators about a student's progress regularly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years' relevant experience in similar position, experience in English Medium School/Educational Institution will be given preference.
∎ Strong command in spoken and written English
∎ Active listening skills
∎ The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
∎ The ability to understand people's reactions
∎ Integrity and professionalism
