∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Telecommunication from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Secure network through resolving known risks of the network and identify hidden risks through a health check, alarm monitoring, and performance monitoring and prepare resolution plan.
∎ Ensure network availability as per target and quick restoration of accident within SLA.
∎ Ensure no errors are made during the execution of scheduled tasks on a regular basis of CS & PS elements, close monitoring of all system-related alarms and KPI values, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure resolution time as per SLA.
∎ Perform new solution on test-bed to ensure successful execution on live platform and pre-checks before executing work orders
∎ Review project plan before rollout & provide feedback considering the business need and operational efficiency
∎ Review integration or activities required for new services and ensure existing services are not impacted during the rollout
∎ Ensure proper installation of equipment on-site according to plan and provide support to integrate the new node in the live system
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years working experience in telecommunication covering Core Network operations (CS and/or PS Core)
∎ Expert knowledge of Core Network including Core Nodes (MSS/MGW/SGSN/GGSN/STP/HSS), sound knowledge on IP.
∎ Deep understanding of various signaling protocols SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, BICC, ISUP, SIP, etc.; good understanding of CS and PS call flows.
∎ Experience in interacting of 3rd party technical vendors.
∎ Experience in working with External Service Provider like ISP, IIG, IGW, ICX, etc
