Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Electrical/Mechanical with 5 years project experience or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical with 10 years project experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities will typically involve maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project's progress to team members.
∎ Act as a single point of contact for various projects and support the co-ordination.
∎ Looking for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
∎ Identify problems and their solutions.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
∎ Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
∎ Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
∎ Developing project strategies
∎ Providing administrative support as needed
∎ Determining project changes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 5-10 years in relevant field.
∎ Physically Fit
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long hours
∎ Computer skills
∎ Frequent travel within Dhaka
∎ Must be a good team player
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Festival bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
