∎ Age 26 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Manage and maintain the director’s regular calendar, highlight urgent correspondence, maintain required attachments and make necessary amendments and troubleshooting. Strictly maintain the visiting hour and manage it efficiently.
∎ · Maintain director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
∎ · Maintain records of director’s contacts, calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
∎ · Conduct daily assignment/meetings with director to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, other requests and schedule on behalf of the director.
∎ · Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place. Arrange the logistic for any other visits home or abroad.
∎ · Act as a wings of floor coordinator through managing the activities in the floor by working with different stake-holders in terms of logistics, event management etc.
∎ · Process director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with on behalf of the director, or other staff as appropriate.
∎ · Handle smaller assignments independently on general direction given by director.
∎ · Proactively identify the issues that impact the successful execution of director's commitments
∎ . Perform various administrative tasks to support the office of the director and ensure smooth operations.
