Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the Content market and assist in identifying opportunities, exclusivity, and disruptive ideas in user-generated content to proliferate overall effectiveness for Toffee
∎ Execute the assigned KPIs through market disruption in terms of new and fresh content, assist line manager with suggestions, and involve in the development of a strategy for onboarding potential and budding content makers on the platform
∎ Execute and implement the content strategy and plan effectively; starting from identifying potential content makers, onboarding, innovative business partnership modeling, designing the GTM, ensuring management approval, completing the content onboarding process, and going live
∎ Guide and manage agency/ partners for content production, track own performance and ensure timely execution of plans for leveraging maximum engagement and revenue potential; ensure planned execution of GTM plan and month-on-month communication plan
∎ Carry out and maintain the lifecycle of content creators port-folio to achieve the expected level of user engagement and other relevant KPIs as per assigned target or goal
∎ Support the design and drive implementation of innovative partnership models through which fresh and new contents are continuously supplied by the content makers and execute newly acquired contents GTM
∎ Achieve qualitative and quantitative KPIs for self and set directions for others to achieve their set KPIs; monitor self-performance and progress through reporting and analytics
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 years working experience with User Generated Content (UGC) management with a proven track record of at least 1 year in digital content management
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills:
∎ Good understanding of the OTT content platform industry, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Sound knowledge in video content and content management functions
∎ Good analytics and problem-solving ability
∎ Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
∎ Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools, and workflow.
∎ Strong knowledge in digital asset management, product & pricing
∎ Experience in the content development lifecycle
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
∎ Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
