Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a solid understanding of beauty/skincare terminology
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A regular habit of reading books or magazines to enhance writing skills and content quality
Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Basundhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaign
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), as well as the company website and blogs
- Be camera-friendly and confident when appearing in front of the camera
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality photo and video content, including tutorials, product demos, testimonials, and reels
- Stay updated on skincare industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure all content remains relevant and innovative
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments and fostering meaningful conversations around skincare topics
- Work effectively as a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
