Responsibilities & Context:
Remote (Work from Home) – Must attend office 1–2 days per week
PURANA Paltan
- Manage and oversee all operations of the consultancy.
- Provide complete consultancy knowledge and guidance to the team and clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for client satisfaction and business growth.
- Monitor staff performance and provide leadership support.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- 3+ years of proven experience in consultancy or management roles.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
