A construction worker performs a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, operating equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople. 

Here's a more detailed look at the common duties and responsibilities:

Site Preparation and Maintenance:

• Clearing debris: Removing trash, waste materials, and potential hazards from the construction area. 
• Digging trenches and backfilling: Preparing the ground for foundations, utilities, and other infrastructure. 
• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding: Setting up and taking down temporary structures for access and work platforms. 
• Loading and unloading materials: Transporting construction materials to and from the work site, using hand tools or machinery. 
• Assisting Skilled Trades: Supporting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.: Helping with tasks like moving materials, setting up equipment, or performing basic tasks under supervision. 
• Operating machinery: Under supervision, construction workers may operate basic machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills. 

Safety and Compliance:

• Following safety regulations: Adhering to safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any hazards to the supervisor. 
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area: Ensuring the site is safe and efficient by removing obstacles and organizing materials. 

Other Responsibilities:

• Building and dismantling temporary structures: Erecting and taking down barriers, scaffolding, and other temporary structures. 
• Operating basic construction equipment: Using hand tools and power tools to complete tasks like mixing concrete or assembling materials. 
• Assisting with demolition: Under supervision, may be involved in demolition activities, including using explosives or power tools. 
• Directing traffic: In some cases, construction workers may be responsible for directing traffic around the work site to ensure safety. 

• 900 + 200 (Food) = 1100 SR ( For Out door Work)

• Additional 200 SR for good speaking English

• Overtime : As per Company Requirements (Saudi Labour Law)

• Duty time 9 hours

• Accomodation : Will be provided by Company

• Transportation : Will be provided by company

• Iqama : Will be provided by Company

• Leave : After 2 years 42 days with return Air ticket (Damman-Dhaka-Dammam)
