Job Context:
∎ Spacezero Limited Owner of "Simpletree" brand is interested to recruit competent engineers to fill leadership roles in premium Hi-rise Commercial / Hospitality / Residential projects.
∎ Vacancy: Multiple vacancies available.
∎ Workplace: Work at Construction site office/Head office as per company requirements
∎ Civil Engineering with expertise in civil construction supervision, finishing works supervision, etc.
∎ Additional proficiency in-store inventory management and Computer literacy is expected.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Civil Works, Building finishes, MEP Coordination & maintenance works, Maintaining General Ledger & Store Ledger, MPR, MRR, Materials Quality & Quantity check, etc.
∎ Project Budget/Project Schedule/Project Cordination/Quality Controll,

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): - Civil Engineer, Inventory Manageemnt, Maintainance, Supervision, Cost & Budget.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): - Real Estate.
∎ Habituated in ERP, Computer Literacy for MS Word, and MS Excel.
