Job Context:
∎ Location: Site Development Camps.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to October 31, 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Development Works Supervision- Site Development Infrastructures:
∎ Coordinate and supervise construction works of all site development and site improvement infrastructures works.
∎ Prepare project documentation including work plan and ensure progress are aligned with project dead line. S/he will help developing CfW capacity in implementation of infrastructure activities and adhering to the environmental regulation of the program. S/he will help facilitating community participation in infrastructure and environmental activities.
∎ Work closely with CARE staff, s/he will ensure effective use of resources at field level.
∎ In addition, CA is responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality program interventions focusing the needs of the community of the targeted areas’ bills of quantities, detailed.
∎ Monitor Cash for works.
∎ Prepare daily attendance sheets for casual labors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years professional experience in relevant works /construction field.
∎ Experience on Participatory Learning Action and Community Led Participatory Development approaches.
∎ Prior experienced with Emergency Reponses and DRR.
∎ Experience in working in displacement sites including spontaneous and makeshift settlements is an added advantage
∎ Experience in management of small scale infrastructural schemes and environmental activities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Should have good understanding of MS Office applications.
