Job Context

JSK Group, a reputed business organization, is looking for a skilled Computer Operator to manage day-to-day data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, good knowledge of MS Office applications, and the ability to handle official records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and file management.

• Prepare, edit, and format documents, letters, and reports using MS Office.

• Handle emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and document archiving.

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner.

• Support administrative and office activities with computer-based tasks.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company documents and records.

• Assist management with preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.

• Troubleshoot minor computer and office equipment issues.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
