Responsibilities & Context:
কম্পিউটার অপারেটরের প্রধান দায়িত্বগুলো:
অফিস অটোমেশন (Office Automation):
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ব্যবহার করে রিপোর্ট, প্রেজেন্টেশন, সহ বাংলা, ইংরেজিতে সকল লেখালেখির কাজ জানা।
- ফটোশপ, ইলাস্ট্রেটর,(গ্রাফিক্স) এবং ভিডিওি ইডিটিংয়ে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- ইন্টারনেট, ইমেইল, প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার ও ফটোকপি মেশিন ব্যবহার করে কাজ করতে হবে।
সিস্টেম পর্যবেক্ষণ (System Monitoring):
- কম্পিউটার সিস্টেম সঠিকভাবে চলছে কিনা তা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রাম এবং পেরিফেরাল ডিভাইস (যেমন প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার) নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
প্রশাসনিক সহায়তা (Administrative Support):
- অফিসের দৈনন্দিন কাজে সহায়তা করা।
- অতিথি ও দর্শনার্থীদের অভ্যর্থনা জানানো এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সরবরাহ করা।
- ডাক, কুরিয়ার গ্রহণ ও প্রেরণ করা।
টেকনিক্যাল কাজ (Technical Tasks):
- সফটওয়্যার ও হার্ডওয়্যার সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান করা।
- সিস্টেমের ত্রুটি নির্ণয় ও প্রয়োজনীয় সংশোধনমূলক পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া।
