• Skills Required: Computer Operating, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, Internet, Web, Software etc.

• Must be proficient in internet management.

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training.

• Must know the work of recruiting agency

• Ability to type a minimum speed of computer typing is 20 words per minute in Bengali and 20 words in English.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).

• Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka-1217.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.

• Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, Barcode Printer, Barcode Scanner).

• Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

• Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.

• Keep Information confidential.

• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.

• Completes additional assigned tasks as required by the team leader.

• Bengali and English typing work should be completed quickly.
