Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Receiving and processing parcel/ incident wise complaints.
∎ 2. Reviewing, analyzing and collecting documents by investigation, audit and incident review.
∎ 3. Maintain effective communication with merchants, customer & also internal stakeholders.
∎ 4. Understand & manage end to end parcel journey, in all aspects of parcel complaint, procedure & service
∎ 5. Ensure on time escalation & get to the bottom of the complaint journey as per expected resolution time.
∎ 6. Ensure end to end communication as per business policy.
∎ 7.Drive fast resolution of requests in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements, collaborating with cross functional departments as necessary
