Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to promote LifeSpring’s services and identify customer needs.
∎ Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in conversions.
∎ Follow-Up: Nurture leads and re-engage customers with timely follow-up calls.
∎ CRM Management: Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM system.
∎ Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
∎ Customer Engagement: Build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
∎ Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve services and strategies.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on LifeSpring’s offerings and promotions.
∎ Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
