Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and promote LifeSpring’s services.
∎ Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers from inbound inquiries and assist the sales team in conversions.
∎ Follow-Up: Respond to inquiries, provide necessary information, and maintain engagement with potential clients.
∎ CRM Management: Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system for seamless tracking.
∎ Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly conversion and engagement goals.
∎ Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, provide professional assistance, and handle inquiries effectively.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience and drive growth.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights to improve LifeSpring’s services and marketing strategies.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on LifeSpring’s offerings, including mental health, wellness programs, and healthcare services.
