Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the Commercial section.
∎ Having vast experience of export LC & import LC with UD knowledge.
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related documents, banking and Insurance functions.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C & F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production and other department.
∎ Liaison with concern authorities to ensure all types of certificates such as IRC, ERC, EPB, BGMEA membership, etc. are renewed in due time as well as Bond license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities.
∎ Having in depth Knowledge of Bank activities, customs rules regulations related to both Export & Import.
∎ Reporting to the top management of the company & participating in the Annual Executive committee meeting of the company to decide with top management.
∎ Checking and controlling invoices, packing list for export of goods.
∎ Present shipping documents to respective offices on time.
∎ Conduct customs audit and preparing all types of statements related to the customs audit.
∎ Efficiently and correctly handle all export and import documentations.
∎ Liable to prepare a presentation to the director of the company for a monthly meeting purpose.
∎ Dependable to submit Export documents to Bank for negotiation with buyers' bank for bill realization.
∎ Follow up on the payment realization & disbursement of the funds after getting the payment.
∎ Able to do any other task assigned by management with can do attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in MS Office Application.
∎ Result oriented and self-driven with strong focus on deadlines.
∎ Honest, dedicated and hard working.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ Follow Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
