Job Context:
∎ At the forefront of fast fashion, Pentex is a global design and manufacturing business with its headquarters in the heart of London. We have been established for over 30 years and are an expanding business with a worldwide client base.
∎ We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to gather info from suppliers and internal departments to generate monthly reports and find a way to improve the processes. This position will be reporting to the Business Analyst manager and play a key role in staffing cost analytics and business partnering with various internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Costing - Supply Chain analysis: Finding and recording Bangladesh Production orders' Actual costs and looking for improvements in any area. We analyse costs and processes - ours and suppliers' - with a continuous improvement mind striving for utmost optimization. We look into our product design, raw materials purchase orders, production, logistics and accounting.
∎ This role tasks consist in:
∎ Preparing JC reports by gathering data/costs from the system and live reports into an Excel template
∎ Ensure JC reporting is accurate and reconciled, with variances computed and understood, calling out any remediation or actions required by the analysis.
∎ Read results to analyse any highlighted costs (out or ordinary costs) to be actioned upon.
∎ Computing and commenting on variances, giving the insight to report recipients.
∎ Make notes of analysis results.
∎ Liaise with all departments to clarify/confirm information relevant to the analysis.
∎ Understanding of supply chain processes/costs and how they are mirrored in the system entries.
∎ Raw material stock entries and reporting by checking End of Docket Reports.

∎ Team player with positive 'can do' attitude, solution orientated and goal driven
∎ Key competences:
∎ BI reporting tools.
∎ Creating performance reports and analysing results.
∎ Numerate and analytical with the ability to work with complex data sets.
∎ Strong technical skills, including strong MS Excel.
∎ Experience with ERP systems.
∎ Experience with Process Analysis and Improvement.
∎ Excellent prioritisation & organisation skills.
