∎ Proficiency in: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
∎ Good skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Project Manager in daily tasks and project oversight.
∎ Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
∎ Coordinate projects efficiently.
∎ Communicate with clients and vendors.
∎ Contribute to cost reduction strategies and revenue growth
∎ Acquire new projects from existing clients.
∎ Focus on customer relationship management (CRM).
