Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics from any reputed Institute.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enter commands to retrieve, input, and edit computerized machine control parameters.
∎ Ability to create, change and download programs using CAD/CAM software.
∎ Machine and mount fixturing for all production runs and set machine positioning for Extrusion Die production.
∎ Study blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of the finished work pieces.
∎ Compile all quality related and production control documentation.
∎ Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut.
∎ Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or control parameters as required.
∎ Uses micrometers, vernier, depth gauges and other precision measuring devices to confirm part geometry meets tolerance specifications.
∎ Assemble and preset tooling for next operation during automated cycle to reduce machine downtime.
∎ Ability to maintain, clean and lubricate machines as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Five to seven years related experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience geared towards programming and operating CNC Milling machine.
∎ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, procedure manuals and work with CAD/CAM software.
∎ Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
∎ Experience in Aluminum Extrusion die production will be given preference.
