Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing in Nursing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrangement of medical educational program regular basis
∎ Arrangement of in-service Training Program
∎ Educate healthcare professionals, distribution partners, and 3M sales employees on clinical best practices and 3M products
∎ Advise clinicians on standards, proper use of products, and address concerns if needed
∎ Identify, develop, engage, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, regulatory agencies, customers, and universities
∎ Represent 3M in key industry associations, universities and government entities
∎ Localize product documentation and communications (training, regulatory, sales, marketing, local study groups, etc.) for new and existing products. Interpret applicability of local standards and develop appropriate content
∎ Guide/influence product evaluations, implementations, and conversions to ensure best outcomes for our customers
∎ Develop and maintain an understanding of national and regional clinical practices, regulations, health economic trends, reimbursement, competitive activities, customer needs and 3M business strategies
∎ Assist sales and marketing with the development of local competitive and market intelligence and communicate this information across the country.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant experience will be given priority.
∎ Ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions for customer concerns
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to present to large audiences with varying backgrounds
∎ Strong history of engaging and motivating teams
∎ Strong business ethics and integrity
∎ A collaborative personality style / a team player in all aspects
∎ Demonstrated ability to get best out of teams, investing in their training & development need
∎ Process orientation and ability to manage processes for cost and time efficiencies
∎ Track record of networking skills
