∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ The candidate should have a B.Sc in Occupational Therapy with a minimum CGPA 3.00 from any recognized institution.

∎ Age 25 to 37 years
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.
∎ Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct, organization’s policies and health and safety procedures and policies
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client-specific goals.
∎ Utilize evidence-based approaches to address based on clients’ needs.
∎ Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each client.
∎ Collaborate with lead therapists and Occupational therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
∎ Gather client history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures.
∎ Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions.
∎ Work alongside lead and occupational therapy supervisors to develop measurable, individualized client goals.
∎ Ensure therapy plans are aligned with the client’s developmental needs and family priorities.
∎ Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and client and family feedback.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
∎ Prepare quarterly progress reports detailing client achievements and areas for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with current trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
